VFX Production Manager (m/f/d) - Full Time, On Site (London)

Job Description

You’ll manage all logistics for projects we service including scheduling, staffing and consulting.

This will include working on site during the preproduction and production phases of VFX heavy feature film or streaming projects in collaboration with the shows VFX Producer and Supervisor as needed.

This role requires high flexibility, your work hours and work locations around London may vary heavily based on shoot locations and client side production office locations.

This role will be subject to NDA.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in VFX (client side) on and around movie sets as Production Manager or Producer

Experience managing high profile projects with team sizes of 10+

Proficient in Management/Database and review tools(Filemaker, Shotgrid etc.)

Experience in Budgeting, Tax incentives and creating VFX breakdowns

VFX Coordinator (m/f/d) - Full Time, On Site (London)

Job Description

You’ll assist VFX Producer and Supervisor in setting up reviews, schedule and maintain vendor communications update shot databases as well as general administrative duties.

This role will be subject to NDA.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in VFX (client side) on and around movie sets as VFX Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator.

Experience working in team sizes of 10+ alongside other Coordinators.

Basic knowledge of Database and review tools(Filemaker, Shotgrid, Cinesync etc.)
